Amy Stoutjesdyk’s Journey

Family, friends and well wishers,
Amy has been diagnosed with Moyamoya. This disease impacts blood flow in the brain. It can be a life threatening illness that could cause long term severe strokes or chances of an aneurysm if not treated. Since the beginning of September she has been experiencing terrible headaches, tiredness and loss of strength in her legs. Because of her ailments and severe headaches, Amy has not been able to work since early October. She has her brain surgery scheduled for 12/21/18, which will allow her to get on track for recovery and get her life back on the road to normalcy. With this surgery we hope it will lessen the chance of a stroke or an aneurysm in the future. Afterwards she will have a long road to recovery to regain any functions or daily life processes she may lose because of her surgery.
She appreciates all of the love, support, prayers and kind words she has been receiving. I have set up this go fund me campaign to help Amy and her family with daily expenses so she doesn’t have to worry, but rather focus on her road to recovery. She will also have an unknown amount of medical bills in the future. Please open your hearts and consider donating to show your support for Amy, no amount is too small.
Much love from Amy and her family.
