On September 23rd, 2019 we got news that our cousin Tommy and wife Paula and youngest daughter Taylor were realizing their worst nightmare!
While on a family camping trip in Connecticut, their oldest daughter Jackie suddenly needed to be airlifted to the hartford children's hospital in connecticut due to a brain aneurysm. Jackie had to undergo craniotomy surgery to relieve the pressure on her brain and was in critical condition. She was then in a medically induced coma to keep her vital signs controlled.
On november 11 th she was transferred to Boston's Spaulding rehabilitation hospital for the beginning of her rehabilitation. After this she will go back to hartford hopefully for her last brain surgery.
Jackie has a long road to recovery, we are starting this page to help with any medical,travel,lodging expenses that Jackie and her family will have!
