On 16 January, our team will take on the Stratford Sharks Coaches’ Team Medley Race – 265m challenge, with each team member swimming 66m. We are a team of four swimmers:

• Backstroke: Sally Milles

• Breaststroke: Hannah Woods

• Butterfly: Isla Truscott

• Freestyle: Amelia James
