Hi All,
Our dear friend Paula is going through a hard time. She has weathered a year of reduced hours housekeeping due to the pandemic and is facing homelessness after being told the Silver Lake building she has lived in for years is about to be sold to developers. This week her husband Mario suffered a heart attack, and on Sunday, January 24th passed.
Paula is strong, but like many, she has financial worries to test her strength. Paula is in her seventies, does not have health insurance, and lives paycheck to paycheck. We want to give Paula a helping hand this month to help her out. Those of you who know us know that we met Paula as a housekeeper, but she has become like family. She has a huge heart, always wears a big smile, and deserves a helping hand right now. We'd love to help her out, so if you can spare a few dollars, we'd really appreciate it. So would she.
