Hi, I'm creating this GoFundMe for my brother-in-law Daniel Orduña, who had an accident at work (a nail got stuck to the bottom of his foot). Although it hurt him, he really didn't take it that seriously and he continued to go to work. As days went by, his foot was giving him a lot of problems and was hurting him a lot, to the point that he had to miss work a couple for several days, but then he had to go back because he couldn't afford to be without working. Then one day the pain was unbearable that he couldn't go to work, his foot hurt him so much, that he couldn't even walk. He had to go to the hospital, to the ER, where they kept him in observation. The next day the doctor told him they would have to operate on him. His foot was very infected and he needed surgery as soon as possible. He had to stay at the hospital, and a couple days after, he had surgery. The doctor told him not to put any weight on his foot, so obviously he couldn't walk. They left a gauze inside the very deep open wound on the bottom of his foot, I guess to allow it to drain. Well, it's been several weeks since his surgery and his wound hasn't healed. He is a diabetic and also has high blood pressure. Last week he went to the doctor for a follow-up and he told him that he couldn't work for at least three months, if not more. He gets around in crutches and is totally dependent on other people to do things for him. He is very stressed and worried about his financial situation. He doesn't know how he's going to survive not being able to pay his rent and bills. He lives by himself and his two dogs, who also depent on him. My brother-in-law is a good man, he has a big heart and is always helping people. That's why I ask to please donate today, if you can, and if you find it in your heart. Hola, este GoFundMe es para mi cuñado Daniel Orduña, que sufrió un accidente en el trabajo (se clavó un clavo en la planta del pie). No le dió mucha importancia, y siguió trabajando. Pero pasaron los dias y su pie le molestaba mucho, al grado que tuvo que faltar al trabajo por varios dias, pero luego regresaba. Llegó un dia en que ya no pudo regresar al trabajp porque el dolor era muy fuerte, y ya hasta le costaba caminar. Tuvo que ir al hospital, a emergencias y lo dejaron internado para hacerle varios estudios y dejarlo en observación. Al dia siguiente le dieron la noticia que hiban a tener que operarlo porque tenia muy infectado el pie, y pues ya no lo dejaron salir. Varios dias despues lo operaron y obviamente le dijeron que no podia caminar pues no podia apoyar el pie. Le dejaron una gaza dentro de la herida, una herida muy profunda en la planta del pie, me imagino que para que drenara la herida. Pues ya han pasado varias semanas de eso y su herida todavía no sicatriza. El es diabetico y sufre de alta presión. La semana pasada le tocó ir al medico a revisión, y este le dijo que va a estar incapacitado por tres meses o más. El anda en muletas y obviamente no puede trabajar. Se encuentra desesperado y preocupado porque no sabe cómo le va a hacer para pagar su renta, comida, y los gastos de su apartamento. El vive sólo con sus dos perros, que también dependen de él. Mi cuñado es un buen hombre, de un gran corazón, y siempre está ahí para ayudar a los que lo necesitan. Por eso les pido por favor, que si pueden, y está en sus corazones ayudarlo con una donación, èl y su familia se lo agradecerian mushísimo.
