Hi, my name is Graham Cullingworth, recently I have been selected to represent Great Britain in the Masters basketball World Cup, in Croatia (April 2025) for the FIMBA 50+ Basketball team.

There is no funding available, and I'm finding it quite expensive, any funds raised would help towards the monthly training sessions around the UK, Playing uniform, travel and accommodation. While representing GB I will not be able to work.

For those of you that know me, will know that basketball has been a huge part of my life, giving me something to focus on at a young age. Then Playing for Doncaster at all levels which was a great honour for me, but this must be the greatest honour yet.

This is my last shot, and my only chance to play at a World competitive event.

I suffer from Osteoarthritis in my hip, and I am in constant pain. I am doing this for me! I will probably retire from basketball after my hip replacement, which is planned to take place sometime after the tournament. Finishing my playing career on a high, representing Great Britain will be the icing on the cake.
