Our sweet Evelyn Rose was diagnosed with Alobar Holoprosencephaly along with many heart problems and other abnormalities. She was never expected to survive. She did everything we were told she would never do for 37 days. Our little girl fought hard. On January 12th, 2023 our sweet Evelyn gained her wings and heaven gained another angel. Any and all donations will go towards medical bills and funeral expenses.
