On October 6th, we said goodbye to our beautiful mother, Martha. She was the most loving, caring, and selfless person I’ve ever known. The kind of woman who always put everyone before herself and made everyone around her feel loved and cared for.

She was diagnosed with colon cancer stage 4 last October. For a while, things felt steady, and we truly thought we had more time with her. Then, almost overnight, everything changed. One day she was talking and smiling with us, and the next, she was unresponsive. It all happened so fast, and even now it doesn’t feel real.

We’re preparing to honor her life through a Catholic memorial and funeral service, followed by her cremation. It’s important to me that we give her the peaceful, dignified farewell she deserves. One that reflects the love and kindness she gave so freely to everyone in her life.
