Help Lay Our Baby Boy to Rest

We don't even know how to express the great loss we're experiencing right now with the tragic death of our beloved Maurice Clay Jr. We honestly can’t even explain to you how horrific this feels. We keep hoping it’s a terrible dream. As some of you may already know, Lil Maurice, tragically lost his life to gun violence after leaving school on January 22.He was an outstanding scholar and football player at  Longwood High School, with aspirations of becoming an NFL player. He was only 18 years old with a promising future. He lived his life to the fullest. We're going to miss him tremendously as his life was cut way too short. We’re still awaiting more details and trying to finalize things as a family, so we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding at this time as we grieve Lil Maurice. Please keep our family and the rest of all his friends in your prayers. No parent should have to bury their child. We are asking family, friends, and the community to help us with donations, if possible, to help cover all funeral expenses. We are grateful for any donation and/or prayer. Fly high our Maurice.
