Aftercare for my two sets of twins

I don't know where to start. My name is David Johnstone and I was diagnosis with terminal smallcell lung cancer last year on my 45th birthday, April19. The first doctor I saw gave me 18 to 24 months survival. Today I went for in for a follow-up and to get ready for another round of chemotreament and after talking with the oncologist learned that even with continued chemo I've got 3 to 6 months.
My story started 18 yrs ago when met Trisha Lynn Tausch. She turned my life around from drugs and alcohol to the man I have become. (The man my mom always wanted me to become too) Before getting married we decided we both wanted children so then began the fun of trying , or so you would think. After 8 yrs of no success we turned to invetro-fertilization. 3 unsuccessful attemps with 2 different clinics had us thinking maybe it wasn't ment to be. Then a friend of ours who worked with a Dr. told us about a clinical trial for a fertility drug and asked if we would like to join the study.My first set of twins,Anna Catharina and Emma Marie were born at 28 weeks just 2lbs 3oz for Anna and 1lb 13oz for Emma. We froze the 2 other embryos and 5 yrs. later we were blessed with twin boys, James Thomas and Jackson David. They are all the JOY of my life and the thought of not getting to watch them grow up is tearing me apart. I hate the fact that I will be leaving this life and leaving the things that are so precious to me.
