I am creating this GO FUND on behalf of my very dear and best friend and her almost six year old daughter, who, for legal reasons, shall remain anonymous for their safety and protection.

They REALLY need YOUR help. This CHILD needs your help as her future and wellbeing are at stake and you can help change that. YOU CAN be part of their victory and their happiness!

The story started some four years ago when my friend took her daughter to a routine visit to the doctor. The child at the time wasn’t even two years old yet.

Upon an examination of the little girl, it came to the doctor’s attention that the child had symptoms of a STD (sexually transmitted disease). The doctor then asked: When was the last time this girl was with her father? As the doctor had reasons to believe someone was manipulating the little girl’s vagina (it’s sickening, I know). The child’s doctor then filed an official complaint to investigate what was really going on. That's when their lives turned upside down and my friend and her daughter then started their long and exhausting legal battle.

Funny enough, for some very, very strange reason, the court ruled out the doctor’s complaint, ruled out all evidence, and, for our shocking surprise, gave custody of this child to the father, who the doctor had firm reasons to believe to be a suspect in the first place.

This child has now been living with the father for over two years and, lately, as she has grown, she has shown extremely concerning behavioural patterns, panic attacks, and much more. The school has been worried about her. Neighbours have been worried about her. Not to mention her mother who lives every day wondering what is happening, if her daughter is well.

So far, all legal representation has failed them. They have had no one with the actual interest in actually helping this case, even though my friend has spent a lot of money already, not to mention countless sleepless nights worrying sick about her daughter’s safety and wellbeing. We haven't yet found someone who is truly willing to get to the bottom of this by putting the welfare of this child above everything else, and bring truth to this case.

Recently, the child had another episode where she had to be taken to the emergency department, and the child, now old enough to speak and express herself, reported to the authorities some of the things that have been happening inside her home, how her father IS INDEED hurting her, how he has strangled her up to the point she could not breathe anymore, and yet, NOTHING, absolutely nothing has been done to ensure this child’s welfare and this child, at this very moment, is under the care of this man. Again, the child has reported to authorities the abuse.

My friend is in a legal battle not only to regain custody of her daughter (who was refusing to go back to her father before her last episode where she was taken to hospital, after reporting to the police and authorities what is happening, they took her away again from her mother and back to the father) but also to bring whatever needs to be brought to justice. All my friend, as a mother, wants, is to see her daughter well, safe, healthy, happy and free, like EVERY CHILD deserves.

How is it possible that a child tells authorities that she is being hurt by her father, her "caregiver" and yet no action is taken (they were very quick to take the child away from the mother0. Instead, it's allowed for this child to remain under the custody of the father, even though the child herself has reported agression and abuse? We don’t know what is and what isn't for sure, but we need true legal assistance to help us get this child back to safety. We need YOUR HELP.

My friend now needs over AU$200,000 in legal fees for their case, and we will not be able to get this money unless YOU HELP. We need the best lawyer with a good heart who is truly willing to assist this case to not only bring justice, but most importantly, to ensure the safety of this child.

We just want justice, we just want peace, and we only want this child to be able to live a normal life, free from suffering.

We are talking about a six year old child who has been possibly been suffering abuse since a very, very young age, and we need to know what is actually going on, and we need to act NOW!

We hope for a turnaround of events, for justice to be made, and for many children to benefit from the outcome of this case, as we won’t rest until we have our victory with hopes that the legal system will actually protect these children one day.
