A little about Me !

I have been Desexing and helping Local Community/Colony Cats for many years mostly self funded and when I can I am the first to help others when asked. Recently I was asked to help an elderly lady and her daughter trap and desex a family of cats they have been feeding and living in their yard, Over the weeks we noticed this poor boy looking like he has been living rough for quite a long time had turned up. He was very dirty, malnourished and looking very sad. The lady not knowing what to do but was happy to continue to feed him. He was scanned and no microchip was found so the plan was to desex him too. A simple desexing soon turned into a much needed emergency dental. He had severe dental disease and fractured canines so not only was he in a lot of pain but was also having trouble eating. Unfortunately not going ahead with the dental surgery I was advised he would stop eating. I don’t normally ask for donations but with this unexpected cost and his ongoing care and with me still paying off previous desexings, I am hoping to raise a little to help with the cost.
