Miguel's Recovery Fund

Donation protected
Hi,
My name is Brian Tschider and I am the owner of Cobalt Construction in Seattle, WA. On April 4th, my long time employee, Miguel Lopez, collapsed at home and was transported to the hospital. Many of you know Miguel. He has worked for me for 23 years.
He was diagnosed with a defective heart valve that would need surgery to correct. He had open-heart surgery and has started his recovery. Miguel is determined to come back to work and even had his doctor send a note that he will be cleared to work in 12 weeks.
I have shared the news about Miguel with some of my customers and coworkers, and they have asked how they can help Miguel through his recovery process. We are fortunate that Miguel is covered under the company medical plan, and we don't anticipate any catastrophic medical bills. We want to help Miguel with his living expenses for him and his wife Rosie for the time he cannot work. Miguel is a very proud and hard-working person, and I don't think he would ever ask anyone for help. Under these circumstances, he can use all the love and support we can give him.
