Spinal surgery disk decompression in my neck

Hello my name is Colin I am from Hampshire and I'm trying to raise funds for private spinal surgery.

I have been waiting for NHS surgery for nearly 2 years now and there is still no end in sight. A normal day for me now consists of me either laying or sitting on my sofa going stir crazy as just walking causes severe pain for me and constantly living on strong pain killers just makes me feel like a junkie. My family and I really need me back on my feet so I can finally get back to doing what I do best and that is working and providing for us all. Times are tough but me getting back to work will make our lives so much easier again. Being self employed I haven't earned a penny since being off and things are only getting harder to keep up with as it is with most families atm.

Any help will be greatly appreciated and should I manage to raise the full amount soon I could be back to work before Xmas and start turning my family's life around again.
