Hi, my name is Carlos Perez-Champion and I am raising funds for my husband, Cameron Perez-Champion, who was in an ATV accident and shattered part of his spine while in Pismo Beach. He was airlifted to the hospital and taken into surgery to stabilize his spine. The doctors say he is lucky to be alive. After a fall like the one he had he should be dead or at minimum paralyzed. Once discharged, he will need to be transported to a rehabilitation center. I am raising money to help pay for expenses not covered by insurance and monthly expenses.
