"There are friends, there is family, and then there are friends that become family," and that best describes Heather and me.

Recently, Heather was diagnosed with cancer and has made many trips back and forth to Omaha for testing and appointments with her medical team. Soon she will begin an intensive round of chemo and radiation in Omaha.

Heather is one of the most beautiful and independent women you will ever meet. She has a heart of gold and loves her children/granddaughter more than life itself. Heather is the type of friend you want in your life! She loves her friend’s kiddos almost as much as her own! Heather has helped guide and raise so many kiddos throughout this community. She would give everything she has to keep all kids safe and healthy! 

As Heather faces the upcoming days, it is our chance to come together and help support her. We can do so by helping to relieve some of the medical expenses, time off from work, fuel back and forth to Omaha, and meals for her sweet kiddos.
