The Holloway family was delivered a blow in early February 2022, when Josh was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Following further testing, it was confirmed to have spread to his lymph nodes. Surgery was quickly completed in February and Josh is expected to undergo chemotherapy very soon.

As a blessing, Josh and his wife Yvette have also found out they are expecting their third child. Baby Holloway is a trooper for showing to be healthy on a recent scan.

Since Josh's diagnosis, medical bills have been quickly building up and Josh has needed time off work with extensive time off expected over the next few months as he undergoes further treatment. This is already taking a large emotional and financial strain on this growing family of four (soon to be five).
