Nala needs your help

As some of you may know, in September my life changed furever - I brought home a puppy! From the day I met her (when she was 4! days old) I've been in love.
It took her only a few days to get used to our house before she started chewing.. Everything. All. The. Time.
4 months later (she's now 6 months old) and she's the same playful, sassy girl, eating everything in sight.

Sadly, this time what she got into wasn't shoes or a phone charger - she ate gorilla glue.

We've been monitoring her since it happened on Tuesday (while keeping in contact with our vet) , and she's been wanting to eat, play, poo, acting pretty normal. 

Then she started throwing up frequently, and couldn't keep any food or water down. I took her to the vet this morning, got an xray, and there is definitely a foreign body in her stomach :(. Her intestines look fine, but the only option to remove the glue or whatever is in her stomach, is surgery.

Since she's acting normal still other than vomiting,  the vet thinks we can wait until Monday to do the surgery, as long as she doesn't get worse.

They are quoting us anywhere between $1700 and $2500 for the surgery and it's all due up front. I just used all the money I had on this vet visit for 2 x-rays, fluids for her and the visit itself. I have tried to apply for a vet credit card, and was not approved.
Nala is my baby and I would do anything for her, unfortunately I'm out of options. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated, and if you can't donate - please share our page! Any money that I do not use for Nala's surgery will be donated to the Fox Valley Humane Association.
