The Dream of a Lifetime

We are Banda 46, a youth symphonic band from the province of Carmona, Cavite, in the Philippines. We are a group of 60 dedicated young musicians and staff who believe that music is a bridge to a better future.

Recently, our hard work and passion culminated in a dream come true: We were named the 1st Prize Winners at the 2025 National Music Competitions for Young Artists (NAMCYA) in the Symphonic Band Category.

Because of this national victory, we have received a prestigious invitation from the Malaysia Association of Marching Arts (MAMA) to represent the Philippines at the Malaysia International FELDA Band & Orchestra Festival (MIFBOF) 2026 in Kuala Lumpur this June.

Against All Odds

While our spirits are high, our financial reality is a significant hurdle. Many of our members come from underserved backgrounds in a province where opportunities like this are rare. For most of these talented students, this wouldn't just be their first international competition—it would be their first time leaving the country.

We have the talent, we have the invitation, and we have the heart. Now, we just need the wings to get there.

Why We Need Your Help

To bring 60 musicians and staff to Malaysia for this 2-day competition (June 27–28, 2026), we need to raise approximately $550 USD per person. These funds will go directly toward:

• Round-trip Airfare from Manila to Kuala Lumpur.

• Safe Accommodations for the duration of the festival (4 days, 3 nights).

• Daily Meals for our young performers.

• Local Transportation to get our instruments and players to the competition venue.

Our Promise to You

By supporting Banda 46, you aren't just paying for a plane ticket. You are:

1. Empowering Youth: Giving underserved kids the chance to see that their talent can take them anywhere in the world.

2. Representing the Philippines: Helping us wave the Filipino flag proudly on an international stage.

3. Investing in Music: Keeping the tradition of symphonic excellence alive in our community.

Every dollar, peso, or share brings us one step closer to the stage in Malaysia. We have proven we can be the best in our country—with your help, we want to show the world what Banda 46 can do.

Maraming salamat po (Thank you so much) for your generosity!
