My mother is dying ...Quickly. Her only hope at this point medically is a double lung transplant. She has been evaluated once already and is diligently working to meet the required specifications by her reevaluation in August. The only hurdle left is the financial burden that insurance will NOT cover. She has obtained most of it but is struggling to gather the last $5000 she needs. Without it, she lives on borrowed time and an oxygen machine. She deserves the chance to be the grandmother she wants to be ...unhindered by an air hose. She taught me to never give up and never quit....to never stop fighting and even now....2 months from her final evaluation and possibly a second lease on life....we are still fighting. Any and all help is deeply appreciated.
