Wildlife needs HELP!

A sandhill crane hit by a car, a bald eagle with a broken wing, an orphaned fawn, raccoon

babies separated from their mother, a Great Blue Heron hanging by a fishing line from a

tree………… These are just a few of the wildlife distress calls that continuously flood Wild

Florida Rescue’s wildlife emergency hotline.

We are a 501(C)(3) non profit organization and our mission is to provide safe and compassionate emergency first response service for wildlife in need of urgent medical attention. We rescue distressed wildlife and provide safe transportation via our equipped wildlife ambulances.

After over 185,000 miles of wildlife rescue, our van 01, also affectionately known as

“Vanbulance 01” was experiencing multiple mechanical issues and sadly the vehicle was in no shape to be fixed. Our Vanbulance 02 already has over 80,000 miles on it. It is not surprising as in 2022 alone, Wild Florida Rescue has responded to over 7,000 wildlife emergency calls. Since our founding in 2017, we have received more than 34,000 wildlife distress calls and we take pride in serving our wildlife and our community.

We need at least two reliable vehicles to execute our mission and for that we need your help in raising funds to purchase a suitable equipped vehicle to replace our dear Vanbulance 01.
