I never had the opportunity to meet my grandparents on my father’s side before they passed away, or my grandfather on my mother’s side. I was fortunate to have known my grandmother.

Not too long ago, my grandma in Mexico suffered a stroke. In the process, she fell and hit her head, causing internal bleeding. She was rushed to the nearest hospital, where she fought with all the strength she had. For a moment, it seemed like she was slowly getting better. Now my family is facing an overwhelming financial burden. With me preparing for college and my mom losing her job, the cost of my grandma’s medical bills is far beyond what we have saved. We are asking for any help possible. Whether it is one dollar or more, anything you can give would make a difference and help us cover her care.
