Walter was beaten until he was paralyzed from the mid back down.. He was then abandoned at a vet hospital, his owners gave false info and never came back... My organization and myself are helping him to trust humans again and learn to love as well adjust to his new way of life...   We have raised enough money for an official wheelchair already..

We recently learned he may walk again! but will need some extensive test and an expensive surgery.
We need an MRI ($2000) and the surgery will be about ($5000) after that.. We set the limit a bit higher due to cost of diapers and care also a good portion of these funds already have been spent for his official wheelchair that is being shipped in from Haileys Wheels for Life.

if you have the means please consider helping as HUMANS DID THIS to Walter and we owe it to him to fix it!
