Introduction!

Time, a short film that showcases the internal conflict of time passing. It captures the fear and anxiety of a young girl who feels unable to control certain periods of her life. It explores a more experimental outlook to show the internal battle of accepting time. Through her perspective, it embodies an interpretive approach to channel anxiety, fear, and control. She comes to peace by finding herself learning to live fluidly, moving in harmony with the natural flow of life. Realizing that control doesn't mean to stop time, but how you chose to experience it.

Directors Note!

Hi! I am Aisling McConnaughey, a film student at Montana State University. I am beyond grateful to be given the opportunity to make a Junior Film this upcoming semester! This project will embrace our creativity, hard work, and passion for the art of filmmaking . We are planning on shooting the weekend of October 18th and 19th, we are eager, excited, and determined to put forth our best work into bringing this project to life.

Our crew is filled with driven students who are ready to put their all into making this happen over the next 16 weeks! We are extremely appreciative of the support and love we are surrounded by! Although we have the passion and grit for filmmaking, covering the cost to make this production possible is not an easy task. Being able to provide necessary essentials such as food and water for our hardworking crew, along with covering the costs for certain equipment, props, set display, and festivals! We want to be able to share our art and create the best film possible to further continue our education and film careers!
