Two days ago, my in-laws suddenly hired a rental management company to take over the house we've lived in since 2018. They immediately sent us this formal 60-day non-renewal notice, raising the rent to $1,500 and requiring a new lease with only my name on it—or we must vacate by June 3, 2026.
