My name is Sarah and I was diagnosed with stage 3 gastric cancer last year.  After my amazing team of doctors performed multiple intensive procedures with me over the last several months, we thought we were in the clear. However, as everyone knows, cancer can, and often does, rear it's ugly head and makes its own decisions, whether we like it or not.

Unfortunately, we are saddened to learn from my recent doctor reports, that my stage 3 cancer, has now officially been moved to stage 4. I cannot can continue treatment to prolong the inevitable. But without a miracle, we know what road this will eventually take me down.  

Many people who are faced with times like these, do not get the chance to say goodbye and get closure for not only themselves but for their family and friends.  

My final wish would be to leave my current home in Labrador and spend my last days with friends and family in my hometown with my husband Yvon(pictured with me above), and my pets, where I would be surrounded by love and laughter. A wish, that I'm sure anyone would ask for if they could.

I know with the world today, everyone is struggling in their own way. Which makes this difficult to ask. But if you can help us reach our goal, we would be forever thankful.  My family and I would be so grateful if you could help make my last wish come true.
