The Lowell family has just lost Jeff on Monday January 8th ,we are asking for any donations in memory and honor of him with expenses of the costs of his service. He has been battling heart disease since 2014 with having to give up the business that he had for 40 years due to his health endeavors. He was a father of 4 and a grandfather of 4, he was an auto Mechanic of his business Parks auto service, also where he built his 1970 SS Chevelle that he loved and enjoyed.
