On Saturday, July 26th, my fiancée was involved in a serious car accident when a large SUV cut him off, resulting in his sternum being broken, severe pelvic bruising, severe bleeding, 6 stitches in his eye from his head slamming into the steering wheel from a faulty airbag, and his car being completely totaled.

He was discharged 3 days later from the hospital still in severe pain, and he will have to go through physical therapy to gain strength in his legs, hips, and back. He’s walking with a cane now because he can't stand alone.

A year and a half ago, he had a work injury that had forced him to not work. Now with his car being totaled he can’t pick up his 5 year old, look for work, bills are going to pile up, not to mention the hospital bills that he already had from the previous incident. I myself have also taken off work to help him as he can't do much for himself right now without assistance.
