An amazing opportunity, to be able to serve others, has become available to me this year! I have always dreamt of taking a medical missions trip as a nurse. Well now, I will be traveling with a group, including some of my own fellow NICU nurses, to Kenya in June 2020. We will be serving with 6 days dedicated solely to the clinic, along with learning about the culture and community there, and lastly finishing up our trip with a safari. Unfortunately, the trip is costly and the trip alone there and back is 4 days total. This trip is 12 days long and will cost $3000 out of my pocket.
