The Coes are an amazing, strong, positive and faithful family! And although I do not know most of you, I know that you feel the same way about this family as I do and your hearts want to help! So, welcome to Griffin's Journey Go Fund Me Page!
This page is dedicated to beautiful Baby Griffin's Journey! Amanda and Corey are going to update you with specific details in the "Update" section above, but I want to tell you why I am asking for your help.
Over the next several months and then follow-ups for years, the Coe Family will be traveling to Missouri for treatment for Griffin's many clubfoot treatments: castings, boots and bar fittings and surgical procedures. The Coes have so many extra expenses on top of some medical expenses...
~ The cost of gas to and from Missouri.
~ Hotel stays...just during the first five weeks alone of casting treatments, they will be staying in a hotel approximately 17 times! After that, they will still be making several trips for YEARS.
~ Food costs. Imagine all of the eating out they will be doing plus all of the groceries they will need to buy for their week long stays!
~ They will have to pay some out-of-pocket costs for Griffin's casts AND boots and bar.
~ Even the cost of buying TWO sets of sneakers/shoes for Griffin in the future. Clubfoot children usually have two different sized feet so they need one pair in each size.
I need everyone to know that Amanda and Corey 100% did NOT ask me to do this for them. I, like all of you, love this family and want to help. They both have amazing jobs and make a great living, but if there is something that we can all do to help make things easier on them, gifting them financially, even if $10, can make things easier for them. Thank you to ALL OF YOU that support this special and deserving family, that has chosen to sacrifice their time and life to do the absolute BEST they can for their son.
