Two years a go I moved down to Florida to make a better life for me and my family. Considering multiple health issues and financial troubles I wanted to start over to provide a better life for the family. I also decided that I wanted to set a difficult, meaningful and purposeful challenge to be the sole provider for my family of four. Unfortunately, hurting my self on the job caused my sole income to be abruptly taken away. As you know, once it rains it begins to pour. And over the past two months things have gone from bad to worse. The two family cars broke down and left us with no means of transportation. click here 

Workers Compensation is supposed to provide injured employees with a safety net to be able to meet basic necessities while trying to recover from injuries sustained at the workplace. Unfortunately, to date, I have not received any of those benefits that have been due to me. My employment is in limbo, therefore, I am unable to receive unemployment benefits that would enable me to care for my family. Donate
