Kimberly Todd

Hi, my name is Sharon Todd, and I'm Kimberly's (this beautiful blonde's) mother. This is hard, so bear with me.

Almost two weeks ago Kimberly was taken by ambulance to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. A few hours later she was in surgery. (This was the third emergency room visit in almost as many days.) After the surgery, we were told she has cancer in her colon and in her lungs although at that point it wasn't confirmed.

Well, it has been confirmed to be stage 4 colon cancer, and it is moving fast having already reached her lungs. I'm pretty sure Amber, Eric, Tim, and I have gone through the entire grieving process in only the span of single a day. I know Kimberly was in the process of giving up when she said to me "You would all be better off without me." Hearing that from your daughter? It just shouldn't be that way.

Kimberly is still in the hospital recovering from having the (3rd this morning) of 3 surgeries within a week and we still have several unknowns to deal with.

Kimberly is a single mother who has spent many years on her own supporting herself and her daughter, Amber.

It is now with a heavy heart I must ask for your donation to help Kimberly through something in her life she can't fix on her own, as she always has.

Whatever amount you can afford will be sincerely and very deeply appreciated. (Prayers will be too!) The funds will go 100% directly to pay Kimberly's monthly bills as well as medical bills.

PS- I was thinking when we see a fundraiser for something like this our first thought is to hope you never need to do this. EVER. If it should ever happens you are humbled beyond belief.
