Help Krystal with Medical Bills!
Donation protected
As some of you may know, Krystal got into an almost fatal car accident on the icy freezing evening of November 28, 2021. Her vehicle was totaled. She was in the hospital for 10 days with a broken wrist (they put a plate in it), a broken clavicle, and a broken nose. The worst of it was a small puncture in her intestine which could have cost her her life, and resulted in 40 staples from below her sternum to her pelvis area, about 14” long. She had an NG tube in for 7 days (incorrectly placed 3 times), lost over 10 pounds during the time she was there. We were all so thankful that she pulled through and that there were no injuries leaving her in a worse condition, was it luck, God, the universe that saved her? At this point it doesn’t even matter, we are just so glad she is still here with us. I’m not even going to get into her horrible stay at UMass Medical Center. That’s a whole other story. She is doing well at this point, but her recovery is a fairly long one.
As we all know, they don’t wait to start sending in bills, she was getting calls before she even left the hospital. She is on medical leave for 8 weeks and it’s unknown right now if she will even be able to return to work. The bills have only just started.
If you know Krystal, or even if you don’t, she could use some help. If you do know her, you know how hard she has worked to get to where she is in life. Her road has not been an easy one, but she always pushes through. She loves the people in her life with all her heart and extremely grateful for the help and support she has received from them. She is staying with me for the time being, we do not know what will happen with her job and apartment, but yet she still reminds us that all we can do is take things day by day and that everything will work itself out in the end. Even with all these stresses continues to smile.
She brings sunshine wherever she goes, can light up a room just by walking in. Her heart is as big as they come and would do anything for those in her life. Please help her this time of need, anything anyone can donate would help and be greatly appreciated from the bottom of our hearts.
