Support Eddie Clark's Battle with Pancreatic Cancer
Donation protected
My name is Tracey Clark. I have been married to Eddie Clark of (Attala Steel Industries, Tool and Die ) for 16 years and we have two young children, Ayden, 16 and Lane, 11. We live in French Camp, MS. Our journey began on August 31, 2024, with what we first thought was a gallbladder issue. After many different stops along the way, we finally landed at Baptist Memorial in Jackson, MS. Eddie has undergone two stents being put in so far to hold his biliary tract open because of a mass that was found growing from his pancreas. We were recently told it is malignant. Though it is in the early stages so far, he will be going through chemotherapy starting on November 13, and it will be followed with Whipple surgery. We were told yesterday that the hospital we were referred to using one of the doctors in this team of ours does not accept V.A. Everyone asks how they can help us. You can help by easing his mind. He is not one to ask for help and I know this, but for him, I will. He has spent his life helping others and I want us all to show him how very much we love him and appreciate him. This is so not the time for him to be worried about anything, except healing. All donations are appreciated and will be used for chemo, traveling, expenses a long the way, food, medical treatment/bills, ECT. Whatever you can do will be appreciated and never forgotten. We never imagined something like this happening, which I suppose no one does, but the traveling back and forth to Jackson is expensive by itself. One thing I do believe is that we will make it through this and I have complete faith in his doctors. I know we are all struggling these days to make it, but truly, every little bit helps. For our children's sake I have to see us all through this until the end and in the end this man WILL be standing and he WILL come out a survivor. Again, anything is appreciated and we are so grateful for your help.
