Honoring Baby Ailana: Support for Her Family

Donation protected
It is with unimaginable heartbreak that we share the sudden passing of our precious baby girl, Ailana. 8 month old year old Ailana was taken from us unexpectedly and without warning around 11:00 p.m. on Monday, January 5th, 2026. Our family is completely devastated by this loss.

Ailana was a happy, beautiful baby who was always smiling and full of joy. She loved her big brother, Jayden, and lit up whenever he was near. She had just learned how to wave, say “mama” and “dada”, and was about to start crawling soon. Her life, though far too short, was filled with love and laughter.

My brother, sister in law, 7 year old nephew, and baby niece moved to Texas, just three months ago for the Air Force, from Japan. Much of our family remains in Nebraska, California, and Oklahoma. My sister-in-law’s mother and sister live in Japan and are not able to be here with us right now. Being separated by distance has made this tragedy even harder, as our family works to come together across state and country lines to support one another. In addition to grieving the loss of baby Ailana, we are now helping Jayden cope with the loss of his little sister.

We are asking for support to help cover funeral, memorial, and related expenses, as well as unexpected costs such as travel and arrangements during this incredibly difficult time. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help ease the financial burden and allow our family to focus on grieving, healing, and honoring Ailana’s life.

If you are unable to donate, we ask that you please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers and consider sharing this page. Every act of kindness and support means more than words can express.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us honor and remember our sweet angel, Ailana
