UPDATE! Help Brianna Through Her Cancer Battle

My daughter Brianna Berlanger the strongest woman I know, On July 3rd, 2024 the day before her 21st birthday her water broke, her first pregnancy.

As we all know she was terrified. She did amazing, our first baby girl in the family Scarlett Lexia DeGray came a bit early. Unfortunately she'd have to spend some time in NICU.

This of course scared all of us. My daughter her first child she was so strong for her family!

Scarlett spent two weeks in the NICU then four days after bringing their babygirl home they discover the unimaginable. Bree has cancer. After a trip to the ER they were told that there was a mass in her chest, fluid around her heart, and lymph nodes in her neck. After many scans, two biopsies, and waiting for answers they finally got her diagnosis. Stage two Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

With a long treatment plan ahead of them her carefully planned out maternity leave and their carefully planned financial goals throughout her pregnancy have quickly disappeared.

Dominic DeGray amazing in my eyes, fiancé and brand new dad. He's working and taking such good care of both girls, all the time back and forth to the hospital spending nights there with the two girls both admitted. No sleep... still trying to provide for his new family.

I'm doing this gofundme not just because I love the three of them and they are one of the biggest reasons I wake up every day, I'm doing it because I've never met two people so full of pride and work so hard to NOT have to ask us for help! I've had to force them to allow me to help them!

These kids have shown me so much since July 3rd, 2024. I've seen them grow so much over night and watching them struggle financially is breaking my heart.

They've not been able to just enjoy being new parents. Scarlett and Brianna have been missing important bonding time with Brianna being sick and tired trying to balance chemo and motherhood.

I'm just asking for you to help me help them RELAX AND ENJOY AND LEARN THEIR BABY!

Hi everyone! It’s Brianna here. I just wanted to update you all on some things. Since this gofundme was made I have undergone several chemo treatments and still have a long ways ahead. I unfortunately cannot return to work until my chemo treatments are over. My daughter has undergone two brain surgery’s due to her hydrocephalus diagnosis. She had to have a shunt put it. My family has been through so much between this and struggling terribly financially. It is almost impossible to get by off of one persons income so we ask that if you are not able to donate to please share our link with as many people as you can.
