Hello, my name is Bruce.

In February of this year, I was laid off from my job of 8 years. Since then, I've tried and tried to find employment, anything to pay the bills. When you're almost 60, most prospective employers think either you might be too slow or that you're overqualified. My severance ran out in August, and so I sold whatever I could to make ends meet. By the grace of God, I have made it this far. On Monday, I gave the interview of my life. I am almost certain to get this job. However, unless I can pay my back rent, I will be evicted. My landlord told me that $1,700 would be enough to stop the eviction, and we can set up a payment plan for October.

I humbly am asking for anyone's help. I just want a normal life again.
