Fundraiser for Arturo Jimenez

Hi, my name is Carlos. I am Arturo Jimenez’ nephew. The purpose of this GoFundMe is to raise medical funds for Arturo and the surgeries he needs, as he unfortunately has no medical insurance. More details below.

If any of your kids in Utah County have played soccer competitively, chances are you have come across my uncle Arturo Jimenez. He is very vibrant & phenomenal soccer coach that has helped shape multiple players in Utah. He has dedicated his life to soccer since his early years and has offered to our youth a lot more than soccer lessons. He is currently a soccer coach for a local club and is very loved in the local soccer community.

Arturo has had the opportunity that a few have had, to experience soccer at a professional level and that gives him the ability to guide and teach based on many of the challenges he himself had to face. This long history with soccer has come with a price, early injuries are now becoming a daily challenge for him. Pain has been a constant companion and oftentimes debilitating, and a constant threat to his every day livelihood. It’s to a point where he struggles to simply walk due to osteoarthritis, and as such:

This will come with a high price tag. Therefore, this is an invitation to, if possible, give back to Arturo that has offered so much to so many. These life changing surgeries mean the world to him, so he can accomplish the basics, like walking. I am very hopeful that our soccer community can help Arturo prolong his years on the soccer field and help him afford the treatment that will physically enable him to keep doing what he loves, which is continue being a wonderful soccer coach and continuing to be a good influence and example to the local soccer youth.
