Help Us Heal Walter – Our Sweet Pup Needs Answers

Hi friends, family, and kind strangers,

I am Walter’s mom Britt and I am reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to ask for help for my beloved dog. In December, Walter suddenly became very sick, and since then, it’s been a difficult and emotional journey trying to figure out what’s wrong.

Walter has undergone extensive testing for nearly every possible condition — cancer, diabetes, lupus, neurological disorders, and bacterial infections. Despite all the tests, everything has come back negative. While we’re grateful that some of the scariest possibilities have been ruled out, we’re still left without answers, and Walter continues to suffer.

He struggles daily with very sore muscles and joints. He used to be an energetic, playful pup, full of life and curiosity. Now, he’s much more subdued, spending most of his time resting. It’s heartbreaking to see him like this — not in pain exactly, but clearly not himself.

We’ve already spent thousands trying to get to the bottom of this, but the journey isn’t over. Specialists, additional imaging, and possibly alternative treatments are on the horizon. We’re committed to doing everything we can for Walter, but we can’t do it alone.
