Jason Guy's Wife Needs a Doctor

So, for a while now my buddy Jason has been mentioning that his wife Alicia has a bit of a cough.  This isn't the kind of thing that normally bothers me or anybody else. Ya know, 'go get some Robitussin and get some rest' kinda thing.  But apparently this small family does not have sufficient money to get medical attention for this ailment as they cannot afford medical insurance.  
Over time, this has gotten worse and worse.  Only a few days ago I was informed that it was so bad she was now coughing so hard it was inducing vomiting.  This breaks my heart and I know she needs a lot more help now than she would have if she'd gotten care months ago.  But they are still afraid that doctors bills will bankrupt them and so still they avoid care.

So I said, as a caring friend who only wants the best for these two wonderful people, why can't I take advantage of the generosity of the humans in this world and ask people who would normally spend $5 on in-app purchases or $1 apps to chip in that money to help my friend get his wife some medical attention they sorely need instead?
