In all honesty I am finding this hard to do as I would rather raise money for others than myself.

3 years ago next month my mental Health was at it's lowest point and instead of following through with my thoughts I changed the way I was living and got into fitness.

That brings us to today, I have just found out the I have qualified for the world championships in the ever growing sport of Hyrox.

Hyrox mixes 8 runs with 8 stations and for those who have completed one its not easy. I compete in the lower limb adaptive category and have the chance to be crowned world champion which I will do everything I can to secure.

The dream has arrived and I now have a little over three weeks to fly out to Chicago where the word championships are. This obviously comes with a hefty price tag, all in all I believe it will cost around 3 thousand pound for travel and accommodation and as you can imagine that is difficult to have lying around in the current climate.

Therefore if you could help it would be massively appreciated and make a 42 year old disabled mans dreams come true and I can go and represent my country in a sport instead of a warzone.
