Victoria is 73 years old and has done amazing things for others in her life, see her story below. Here are the details of her need. She had a common surgical procedure 19 years ago which was done poorly and she ended up with a heart issue, as a result. Recently, Victoria had to have a corrective (and possibly life saving) surgery to help alleviate the problem. The cost was more then she could absorb financially, so the only way she could pay for it was by taking out a 2nd mortgage on her condo. We want to relieve  her of that burden and we hope you'll help us, thanks so so much for any kind of donation!!

VICTORIA'S LIFE STORY

Victoria was raised in England and is now an American citizen.

In the early 70's she got married and moved to the Middle East to open a hostal for unwanted girls.  While there, they had 2 children. Victoria truly loved what they were doing, because of the love she felt from all the girls that called her "mother" at the orphanage. As you can imagine, this orphanage was not welcome in that part of the world and regularly came under attack.

Tragically, Victoria’s husband died at a young age, and she was left heartbroken and widowed with young children. She decided to stay in the Middle East to raise her own children and the many girls that came through her orphanage. In the mid 70's Victoria’s orphanage was bombed, and they were stranded on the streets. Thankfully, over the next few years, she was able to get her girls to safe places, whether it was finding a family to take them in or getting them out of the country.

In the early 80's Victoria moved to California. There she created a thriving import business that employed many single mothers for almost a decade.  Unfortunately, her circumstances changed for the worst and she lost everything again.

In the 90's she moved to Boulder Colorado, and met her loving and supportive husband David. Unfortunately, she became ill and was unable to work. While she was home healing, she was inspired to give others a sense of hope and peace that she herself was experiencing during her recuperation. That is how www.honeyforyoursoul.com  was created.
