Hi my name is Shirley I just found out my dog Buddy needs his second TPLO surgery. Buddy came to us as a rescue when he was 9 months old . He has been a big part of our

family ever since. He loves to go on long walks in the forest and along the beach everyday. Our family loves Buddy very much and wants him to have the best quality of life going forward. Any help would be appreciated.
