Kidney Transplant Recovery

My name is Abel Salgado, for five years I have been preparing for this moment mentality, emotionally and financially but I need your help.

The movement my wife and I were given the news that a Kidney transplant would be necessary life has changed for us. My 11 year Son and I are the closest family to wife here. We’ve seen the effects that her medical condition has had on her with a diet change, medication, dialysis three times per week have added up to depression, anxiety for her. On August 28, 2020 we receive a call from UC Davis for a Kidney transplant offer and took the offer. Abigail has waited anxiously and patiently for this moment and now that it’s been completed we are happy and excited to take the next step in her recovery.


I’m  reaching out to ask for your help in our recovery process being the only income provider in the family I’ve taken time off work to sole care for my wife’s health. Financially aside from her ongoing dialysis cost and current medication I prepared for what I thought would be enough to cover her surgery cost but I have fallen short. We will also have weekly checkups in the city of Sacramento at UC Davis, a five hour drive one way, medical expense, hotel, gas, food on going medical dialysis and new medication that I’m looking for your help in. 


I have learned that you will never be we’ll prepared for life changing events but your help will go longs way with me being able to focus mentally and emotionally on the full recovery of my wife’s health. We believe that life is a precious gift from God and are thankful to God for the opportunity. We don’t have much to give but on behalf of my wife and self, in advance I want to say God pay you for your help.
