Hi All!  

My name is Tuula Huotari, im an old friend of Dwayne Robertson's. After discussions with Alecia Janeiro in South Korea, and Scott Laing here in Canada, we decided to start this page, in order to raise enough funds to get Dwayne a plane ticket out of South Korea.  He would also need a little money in his pocket for any expenses during his trip home and once he is back in Canada.

As you all know, Dwayne was detained by Hwaseong Immigration a week ago. I am not sure what kind of conditions he is kept in while waiting to raise the funds to leave, but it cannot be pleasant by any stretch of the imagination.  Although he is relatively safe where he currently is, it is imparative we get him out of immigration jail and on a plane home to Canada ASAP.

We are asking all of you, Dwayne's friends and family to help us raise the funds to get him out of South Korea and safely back to Canada.  We know Dwayne will be grateful  to each and every one of you. We also know that he would do the same for anyone in need if the shoe was reversed.  Its the kind of person he is.  

We already have a place for him to stay once we get him to Canada, and even a possibility of a job waiting for him, but we need to get him home first.  Your help is greatly appreciated!
