Dear Friends,

Today we had to say goodbye to our foundation of strength, love and courage. Some of you may know that our mother had been battling many health conditions; we were hopeful and prayed for a new heart that would give her a few more years with us. Ultimately, her condition worsened and all medical efforts were exhausted. Nuestra Guerrera peleo, pero su voluntad no fue suficiente. She was forced to watch the last 16 years of our lives from a distance. When she found out her diagnosis, she fought to make up for all the Birthdays, Christmases, and graduations she had already missed. We are devastated by the loss of our mother and are using this platform to humbly ask our closest friends and family for help with memorial expenses. We ask that you keep our family in your prayers and are grateful for any support we get during this difficult time.
