Team,

Everyone in this group knows Dave's commitment to us and our fraternity in Smith Nephew. He has been hit with some unforeseen medical changes. I feel compelled to support his needs during his recovery and help him with the substantial medical cost that will incur during his time. Dave has supported our teams for well over 20 years in the background. Dave is a tough, proud guy and would never accept help unless forced. I plan to force him! I hope you all feel as compelled as I do and will choose to support a small part of the family!
