Yesterday my mom suffered her second brain aneurysm. She was life flighted from fernwood to KMC and then jetted to Harborview in Seattle. Her surgery to fix the bleed was a success but she will be in the ICU for a while and then have rehab before she gets to come home to us. She is strong and fighting, the doctors are hopeful. She is a wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandma, and soon to be great grandma again. We could and appreciate any help getting my dad to and from Seattle and fees that go with being away from home. I will post updates on how she is doing when I can, right now we are just trying to wrap our minds and hearts around the situation.
