On Friday May 17 our family received news that will change our lives forever. Ethan was diagnosed with advanced stage Burkitt Leukemia. Ethan has been admitted at Mass General hospital and has a very long road ahead of him. He has undergone three surgeries since Friday. Burkitt Leukemia is a treatable cancer, however it is going to take many months of doctors visits, hospitalizations and chemo treatments. Ethan is expected to need 7 chemo treatments, and each treatment requires a 5 day hospital admission. Any help is appreciated to help Ethan get better and beat cancer.
