The 2020 Coronavirus pandemic has taken a toll on many not for profits and local businesses all over our country, including Pink Ribbon Society.
For the past 19 years, Pink Ribbon Society has supported the men and women in Lake, Porter, Jasper and Newton Counites whose lives have been touched by
breast cancer.
But now, it is WE who are in need your help. In order to keep our doors open and our services active, we are reaching out to our community and supporters for your financial support.. With the cancellation of our annual major fundraiser, we re lookin to other options to help keep our organization alive. We are at risk of closing our doors if we can’t raise enough funds to continuing to educate and provide assistance into 2021.
To date, we have returned over $ 600,000 to our community in the form of education, underwriting the cost of mammograms/ultrasounds, wig reimburtsement, financial patient assistance programs and more. Many of the programs and services we provide are expenses not covered by insurance carriers.
We need your help in keeping Pink Ribbon alive and well. You can be specific as to where you want your contribution to go, i.e. mammograms/ultrasound, wigs, patient assistance, or make a general contribution that can be used where it is most needed.
